shop suggestion? please read

ok i was thinking of a seasonal shop such as a Easter,Halloween,X-Mas shop and so on i think this would give this server a widespread popularity and balance out the eco a lil because of the small amount of people that will actually participate to get the items of course they would have to go through a "quest" (like killing monsters or something els)
please comment some extra material that you think would be useful or your opinion about this suggestion

I support this idea but its the matter of how much coding is involved.
